👧 8:00 AM SIS Kids Club with Erika
Ages 3–12
While you take class, run errands, grab coffee, or sit in your car in complete silence 😆 your kiddos will do fitness games, relays, obstacle courses + make a healthy snack.

👶 9:30 AM Mini + Me Pilates
Move your body with your mini right by your side.
Bring the baby, toddler, snacks, toys, carrier, blanket… whatever you need. This is a judgment-free space for moms.
