🤷♀️ I’m not a Dr. but I can tell you the more I squatted. The lower I squatted. The better I got at squatting. The better my knees felt.
And I’ve seen it time and time again with clients with various knee injuries. Proper load and progression are key here. But I’ve had a client that avoided surgery because we worked together to get her legs strong and mobile.
