Animal diets and carnivore diets I see stable blood sugar.
Because of the high protein and fat content, people are more satisfied and don’t reach for high glycemic foods.
If you have more stable blood sugar, your hormones are going to be more balanced.
Be more like chickens.

Americans deserve transparency regarding what they are putting into their bodies and where these products are coming from. 🤔
Purchasing injectable medications online and through social media marketing without fully understanding sourcing, quality, or ingredients 😭
We need more transparency surrounding compounded GLP-1 products and online sales. 📱
