NOW HIRING: DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES
Life Enrichment Center is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Director of Client Services to oversee and coordinate services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our Day Habilitation Program.
Position Summary
The Director of Client Services is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality person-centered services, supervising staff, maintaining compliance with state and agency regulations, coordinating client services, and fostering positive relationships with clients, families, guardians, and community partners.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of client services and programming.
Supervise, train, and support Direct Support Professionals and other program staff.
Ensure individualized service plans are implemented effectively.
Monitor program quality and compliance with state regulations and agency policies.
Coordinate admissions, assessments, and service planning.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Communicate regularly with families, guardians, support coordinators, and community agencies.
Assist with scheduling, staffing, transportation coordination, and program activities.
Address concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment for all clients and staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities required.
Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of person-centered planning and state regulatory requirements.
Proficiency with computer systems and documentation requirements.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Must be able to pass a background screening through Family Care Safety Registry.
