Diana Weber recently celebrated her one year anniversary with OSF. She works in the kitchen as Cleaner/dishwasher.  She loves her job at OSF and is known for her smile and happy attitude. Diana has learned many new job skills this year and that was a goal for hers. She has also made new friends. Diana is often heard saying, "I wish I could come to work more  A little history…. She worked for Pizza Hut for 15 years as a dishwasher. Her hours were cut and she had become bored just doing dishes. Horizon House’s Community Employment Team found her a job at the hospital. She does do the dishes sometimes but she  also does inventory, cleans, stocks, and she participates in team meetings. Congratulations Diana!

The Stone Jug BBQ Steakfry to benefit Horizon House last Sunday was a big success. Thank you to Matt Becker and the Stone Jug BBQ team, the grill masters, and volunteers for their hard work. Samurai Necktie provided great entertainment and the food was delicious. The $1,700 - 50/50 was won by Nai Saechao. The Debo Yeti Cooler package was won by Tawnya Marciniak. The Weber grill and $450 meat bundle was won by Rudy Wilson. Thank you to our wonderful community for supporting this event.
