The hardest part is showing up. Making the decision to put your shoes on and walk out the door and just go do the thing. But it’s ALWAYS a good decision the moment your feet touch the mat.

Whether at home or in a class, just keep showing up.

If it’s been days, weeks, months. Choose again. Show up in the here and now. Your future you will thank you.
