I'm Black & Japanese. I grew up in a multicultural home. Between us, we cover 5 continents, so I've always viewed the world as a colorful, creative place! I learned young that:
1) We're ALL connected
2) We all need healing & love
3) We've all been given the tools to be happy, functional humans on earth-- but we often FORGET.
As a healer, teacher & coach, I meet people who feel locked into their lives. They've become so busy with ringing phones, work deadlines, emotional family members, and the responsibilities of survival, that their SOULS literally jump out of their bodies.
Has this happened to you? In some spiritual traditions, this is described as soul loss, often due to stress. I think of it as that experience of becoming so overwhelmed by life that you begin to feel disconnected from your own aliveness. You're functioning, but you're not fully here.
It feels like numbness and detachment, amplified because we've forgotten how to BE on earth.
We forget to sit on the ground and let grass tickle our feet; to breathe in sunlight and soft breezes.
When it rains we run for cover rather than dancing in the downpour and remembering how much our bodies love wetness and unpredictability.
I beg you NOT TO FORGET.
Remember...
❤️ Spending time outside can support stress regulation & wellbeing.
❤️ Water and fruit help us stay hydrated and nourished.
❤️ What is unseen is still REAL; thoughts, emotions, memories, media, and words all have profound impact on your mind. Be the sacred guardian.
❤️ Your ancestors had answers for heartbreak, depression, illness, fear, and their wisdom is still accessible.
We can't truly heal at the core until we remember what we are made of---stardust and earth, and the love of other humans.
This is the heart of my work as a healer, teacher, and coach: helping people reconnect with themselves, remember their innate power, and begin creating lives that feel as good on the inside as they look on the outside. If you love healing and you're ready to make a change in your life, small business, or career, reach out to me. I’d love to hear your story. Lets begin with an email or call, and see where it leads.
