You can feel it starting. š The mornings are a little cooler, and the light is changing. Gardens are winding down, kids are heading back to school, and even on the warm days, thereās something in the air that says autumnās on the way.
Our bodies notice these shifts, too.
In Chinese medicine, the shift from summer into fall is a time to turn inward and pay closer attention to what our bodies need as the days grow cooler and the season changes.
Maybe that means acupuncture to support your body through the transition, massage to ease tension as routines pick up, or Chinese herbs and immune support as we head back indoors. What your body needs now may feel different than it did a month ago.
Weāre feeling the shift here at Fine Feather, too. This fall will bring some changes to our collective that weāre excited to share with you, including a new space for Fine Feather to call home. (Itās beautiful, and we know youāre going to love it š)
More on all of that very soon. For now, weāre soaking up these last warm days and looking forward to what the new season brings. š
