Today I did my second talk at the New Hampshire Nurse Practitioner Association's annual conference. I was joined by two others who are also committed to the health of women, Vicki Kirby and Meg Stringer. Public speaking is incredibly hard, but guess what? Doing hard things, challenging yourself, stepping out of your comfort, that's where the growth happens. Want to deeply learn a topic, plan a 60 min talk on the topic.
