Turns out, chores are basically a secret superpower. 🧹🍴 Studies show that kids who do chores regularly exhibit better academic performance and stronger problem-solving skills later in life and it makes sense.

Whether they're matching socks and helping with the laundry, loading the dishwasher or bringing in the groceries, every task is teaching them responsibility, follow-through and how to figure things out on their own. And we practice all of these at KidStrong class. 💡

So the next time they groan about their chores… just smile. You're raising a problem-solver. 😄💪

We are making some adjustments! For Monday, May 25th, we are moving all classes to the morning and will be closed for the evening sessions.
If you normally attend on Mondays, your class will be held during the morning hours. Check out the updated schedule below:
Monday, May 25th Schedule:
9:15AM: 3-4 year olds
10:15AM: 5-7 year olds
11:15am: 7-9 year olds
Can't make it to the morning session members?
No worries! We are happy to offer a makeup session so your child doesn't miss out on the fun. Just comment below or send us a DM to get that set up.

When kids practice broad jumps, they’re simultaneously developing bilateral coordination (using both sides of the body together), explosive power and spatial awareness.
