A surreal moment today! ✨
For years, I’ve read research, reviewed studies, and referenced evidence connected to Mayo Clinic. Today, I get to actually walk through its doors.

There’s something humbling about standing in a place where generations of medicine, research, and innovation have helped shape healthcare as we know it.

And then I came across these words:

His words resonated with me deeply. What a beautiful reminder that science and compassionate care were never meant to exist separately—and that at the heart of healthcare is always a person deserving to be cared for as a whole. ❤️

This is why I LOVE being a private practice dietitian! ❤️
