Next Sunday is the summer solstice - our practice will be in honor of the solstice all week with practices, meditations, and a fun flow with music on Saturday at Livingroom Yoga. In the weekday classes, we will explore the solar plexus - also known as the third chakra/solar plexus. Energetically, the third chakra is also representative of our inner sun, our sense of empowerment and confidence. Our practice will awaken the third chakra as well as open and balance its energy.
Weekly Yoga:
Please bring your own props for Southern Lehigh Library and St. James Church if possible. I will have some extra props on hand. Please bring a blanket/pillow and if you have them blocks and a strap.
$15 drop-in, class cards available for savings, no need to sign in ahead of time. Payments accepted through paypal, venmo, zelle, cash or check. $130 for 10 classes, $70 for five classes (Library and Church classes only)
