Strong communities are built through collaboration.

Logan Square was proud to welcome Philadelphia Health Commissioner Dr. Palak Raval-Nelson to our campus for a meaningful discussion about the healthcare needs of Philadelphia’s seniors and the critical role skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care services play in supporting our community.

When healthcare providers and public leaders work together, it creates opportunities to strengthen programs, improve access to care, and ensure older adults receive the support they need to live healthier, safer, and more fulfilling lives. Active engagement from elected and appointed officials helps bring greater awareness to the challenges facing seniors while fostering solutions that benefit patients, families, and caregivers alike.

We are grateful for leaders who take the time to visit our communities, listen to residents and healthcare professionals, and advocate for the resources and services that help our seniors thrive.

We are honored to celebrate the heartfelt of Doris "Dee" Levin, whose dedication and incredible progress during her subacute rehab stay at Logan Square Rehab has inspired us all.

Dee is a current resident within Fountain View Independent Living. The choice for her rehab was an easy one thanks to our continuum of care model. Through dedication, perseverance, and the guidance of our care team, Dee now returns home to her apartment empowered and stronger.
