I've spent 26 years training bjj, neck pain was just something I accepted. The knots and pain I'd get in my neck were debilitating😭!!! Then I found on ig -- over the last 2 years, it's become my secret weapon in my training routine and has helped my neck health so I can keep focusing on what I love most...training and competing Jiu Jitsu❤️🤣!!!! Really grateful to work with people who care about helping athletes stay healthy and perform at their best. 🙏🏻
