This is what we’re building at Motherful Sanctuary in Colombia. 🌿🤎

A place where women come together across generations. Where we slow down, gather, tend to one another, share wisdom, regulate, laugh, cry, create, heal, and remember what becomes possible when women are deeply connected.

There is something ancient in women gathering.

We are wired to tend and befriend, to create networks of care, belonging, safety, and reciprocity. And I believe restoring these connections between women is part of restoring balance in our communities and our world.

This is bigger than a women’s circle.

We are building a sanctuary. A living space where women can be resourced enough to soften, receive, heal, create, lead, and rise into our power together.

And as women rise into the fullness of our power, we create space for men to rise into theirs too. Not to dominate or rescue us, but to meet us, support us, protect what is sacred, and help build something more whole.

This is the world I want to live in.

So we’re building it. 🌎✨

Every Sunday, we open the sanctuary for our Ritual of Receiving, a space created especially for women to gather, connect, receive, and be cared for.

And for the upcoming Equinox, we’re welcoming another healer and practitioner into the sanctuary for a special ancestral healing experience, bringing sacred chanting and Icaros from the Amazon, along with cacao, the medicine of the heart. 🍫🌿🔥

We’re not just building a project. We’re building a movement toward a Motherful world.

Yesterday, while teaching a workshop on movement building, I found myself returning again and again to the question:

What kind of world are we actually trying to create?

For me, the answer is increasingly matrifocal.

A world organized around care, relationship, reciprocity, community and the protection of life.

A world that values the wisdom of mothers.

A world where women aren’t discarded as they age, but where our elders and menopausal women are recognized as wisdom keepers, leaders and guides.

A world where leadership isn’t simply about power over people, but about our capacity to tend, nurture, resource and steward what has been entrusted to us.

Motherful has been bringing this vision into greater clarity for me.

And here in Colombia, we’re practicing it.

Casa Motherful is becoming a living laboratory for another way of being together: resourcing women, gathering in circle, sharing practices, supporting families, growing food, creating community and slowly building the foundations for the village we dream of.

This is the movement.

Not just talking about the world we want.

Practicing it. Embodying it. Building it together.

We are building a Motherful world. 🌎❤️

We have been taught to look outside of ourselves for a savior.

But what if the deeper teaching of the Christ was an invitation into Christ consciousness?

An invitation to do the inner work necessary to move beyond fear, separation and ego, and return to the heart — to love, wisdom and service.

This is why spiritual practice matters.

Meditation, prayer, breathwork, contemplation and self-observation aren’t simply things we do. They expand our capacity to embody what we know.

Because knowing about love is different from becoming loving.

Knowing about wisdom is different from making wise choices.

The practice is where the teaching becomes embodied.

As consciousness expands, we begin asking different questions. Not only, What benefits me right now? but:

What serves life?
What serves the whole?
What serves the Earth and the generations coming after us?

This is the spirituality I want to teach and practice — not spirituality as escape from the world, but as preparation to live more consciously within it.

The more deeply I understand my body, the less willing I am to override her.

I’m learning to recognize when I’m expanding, when I’m turning inward, when my sexual and creative energy is at its peak, and when my body is asking me to slow down.

And maybe one of the most powerful things we can learn as women is that we don’t have to unconsciously give all of our life-force energy away.

We can pour it back into ourselves.

Into our bodies. Our creativity. Our purpose. Our healing. Our relationship with God. Our LIFE.

This is part of what Hieros Gamos — the Sacred Marriage means to me.

The feminine within us learns that she is safe enough to soften, flow, feel, create and receive. The masculine within us becomes the structure, discernment and protection that allows that feminine energy to move without being scattered or consumed.

And when that inner relationship changes, our outer relationships begin to change too.

We stop confusing attraction with alignment.
We stop abandoning ourselves in pursuit of connection.
We learn how to hold our own creative power.

This video is from the other day. After my walk, I jumped into the river to bathe, and these words came from one of the meditations and transmissions I’ve been sharing during my 30-Day Meditation Challenge.

Today we are on Day 26. 🌿

This journey has been so powerful that I’ve decided I don’t want it to end at 30 days.

I’m making this a regular practice: waking up, sitting in devotion, and broadcasting messages of love, hope, healing, remembrance and inspiration into the world.

Broadcasting from the Heart of the World, from the Motherful Temple here in Colombia. 🌎❤️

This is becoming so much bigger than a meditation challenge.

It is part of the divine purpose and mission we are manifesting here: creating a living space devoted to self-realization, healing, community, planetary love and transformation. A place where we don’t just talk about another way of living, but actually practice it, embody it and create it together.
