Just came to this realization in the airport.

Every time life broke you.. tore you apart. Made you hit rock bottom.

Why don’t we ever see that as a good thing?
If you had not broken, you wouldn’t have been able to uncover the layers.
You wouldn’t have been able to shed and meet new parts of you.

And most important of all, the deeper you crack the better you expose your light.

The light from within that exists within all living things- is able to shine through your rips.

Think about the layers of ansestral weight you’re clearing, the amount of upgrades happening all around you to everyone who crosses your path, and think about the light you are channeling to give back to mama earth 🤍🌎

Stop fighting the breakage… lean into that s**t

Never again will we sacrifice our own comfort, our own wellbeing for the sake of others.
Changing yourself to meet the needs of others is NOT serving them. it’s fake, and it’s damaging to you.

The only way you can truly heal the world is by living a life of your wildest dreams.
You are the collective - you in survival mode serves no one.

The only way you can heal the collective is by healing you- is by honoring your likes, your boundaries, your dislikes. The more you pour into YOU the more you heal the world as we know it.

We can’t manifest a dream life from the ground of survival mode.

Affirmations and somatic practices have no real merit when our bodies do not feel safe.

Survival mode looks like, not feeling safe to land, not feeling secure, being surrounded by feelings of lack, struggle, and disregultion.

The first step is admitting you are in survival mode, and learning how it is best to care for yourself through this.
If you were your own parent- how would you comfort yourself? what would you say to yourself?

Moving into security is where true manifestation can take flight.

It is true that we manifest in the background constantly- and being positive is always helpful- but it’s not always the magic we need

Granted, i would not be where I am today without trust that everything would work out. Many months of feeling hopeless and depressed that I had no way out of survival, I still held onto hope when the action came through.

And it turned out better than i could ever imagine :)
But those years of survival were not just for me- they were for you.

Together I want to figure out the best ways to get people out of survival mode, knowing that you moving into security is the revolution.

You living a life of joy, ease, and groundedness is the best thing you can do for yourself and the planet.

New earth is ME it is YOU
It’s our job to channel “new earth” through us and into the earth.
The energies can feel it, the shifts are prevalent.

The collective is calling you to security.

Lil move update!!!!!!!

Heehheeheheh i literally have so many videos ready to post i just haven’t had time to edit them bc of unpacking 😭😭

Started my moon cycle today so trying to take it easy and let things flowwwww i still find it so hard to rest when all i want to do is unpack everything at once, but the best things take time.

I really wanted to rush and get it done fast, but im going at a pace that seems right.

remember rest is NOT a reward !!!!
Rest is intrinsic to your action, its a scale that you need to constantly balance.

Listening to your body is the best way to honor its ebbs and flows….. take a rest day today 🤍

Yayy!!! I’ve been without a studio for about 3 years and she’s opening finally next week:)

It has not been an easy road but it’s been rewarding, every tattoo i’ve done in the past 3 years have been so incredibly amazing and inspiring and i’m always so honored to be here to create this craft and honored that you allow me to give you this gift of creation.

I’m here to hold you fully, to support you inside and out.

Alignment isn’t good or bad, it is a frequency, a moment, a click or deep breath.
I accept you as you are, down or up, sad or happy, it’s all scared and honored here.

Sessions are opening next week, and can be booked into July!
I’m so excited to share this journey more and become displined to be on socials consistently.
