Removal does help, but it’s a long, expensive, and painful process.

Hawaii was a portal of transformation for me.

One thing that has changed is my voice, but strictly attached to my voice is how much i choose to show up to the world.

How much of myself i want to show, reflects directly on my external and internal energy.

Small talk is one of them, i used to dislike small talk, stay small in new spaces, and laugh awkwardly while being scared to take up space.

But now that im ready to be heard, i have been having the best conversations with strangers because even the shortest interaction is a chance to be myself and shine my light.

Others respond to it, even telling me “your energy right now is a gift from god” from an anxious lady in the airport.

Small talk doesn’t have to be something you avoid… bring yourself into the conversation.
Take them with you and out of the comfort zones.

Take small talk seriously, if someone asks you how you’re doing even a stranger be honest with them.

If someone tells you to have a good day DO IT!!! use that energy and turn it into joy.

If you tell someone to have a good day MEAN IT !! send the energy to them just as seriously as you take it.

And keep showing up.

Let them watch.

Nothing can scare me because I am fear it’s self.

Nothing can cause me discomfort for I am discomfort it’s self.

The shadows cannot hurt us.
We are the shadows too.. so the only one that can hurt us is us.
More so… the only one that allows the hurt to stay, the hurt to ruminate is you.

Chase discomfort. Chase your blocks. Chase your fears.
You are as much of them as you are light.
And the sun will always shine again.

Beauty, peace, inner self love is not something we have to wait for it to arrive.
It’s something we seek.
It’s something we work everyday to make into our reality.

I am you. I see you. You are me. We are us.

Nothing stands in your way.
Doubt exists souly to KNOCK YOU OFF YOUR PATH.
Will you let the dark forces do that to you? Will you allow yourself to continue to make your self uncomfortable or will you take a stand, say it ends with me and move through it.

Loving life means becoming the version of you that can walk through fire without being burned.

We do not send you discomfort and hardship as a punishment

We send it, so you can learn to embody the person that can walk through it without it touching you.

You have just walked through a portal and you have one.

The dark forces at be tried to weigh you down, they wanted so badly to weigh you down in your darkness.
But you had no part to play in that anymore.
You moved through the darkness and learned, it can’t hurt you. It can’t touch you- unless you let it.

I will say this one time.

You have always been the key.

Moving becomes convincing once you have the fruition to see through.
Because what is directly in front of you is often beholdent by lies.
