I have truly been reborn through this joyus storm.

This last phase was rough and rocky but I LOVE IT- i’m so grateful for it.

Without the pressure, the breaking, the detachment- i would never be who I am today.

I am so new. I feel like i’m on a first date with myself and it’s time to get to know me.

My gifts have been upgraded, my mind my body and soul- and my ability to give back and show up is going to be amplified x10000

I don’t think any of us are ready for what can now pour out and through me.

Nothing can break me now. I am rooted, solid, and unloveable.

I speak my mind. I make people uncomfortable to get my way. I have more conversations with strangers- and I am honest. I am happier not because of anything - just for getting the chance to be alive.

I am here to serve you. My cup is nearing its overflow. Which means it can flow to you.

when I did that I found that life was too much for me to carry alone.

I reached out to a new therapist, i texted every one of my friends, and reached out when I felt at my lowest.

Every time I reach for support it comes, and it’s been exactly what i’ve been needing.

We were never meant to go through life alone, we used to have villages and communities at our finger tips and it’s sad how far away from that we’ve come.

I know for some of you it’s hard to admit you need help, or to ask for it. But i ask you- isn’t it harder to do this all by yourself?

I’m creating a community next month where we can build that village together, creating community and support in a way that allows us to go through life tougher and not alone.

My therapist asked me what my intentions were for the week.

And i said it is to face things head on.

Running has been my automatic resource since I could remember. And maybe it felt good at first but now that i’m older I see how detrimental it is.

So i sit. I face. I hold. I look discomfort right in the eye and I hold presence.

I know times are rocky for us right now- but we shall not crash

we shall not burn because we learned how to withstand the heat.

Facing life has felt difficult, nerve inducing and freeing at the same time.

Life hurts, but this time i’m not running from the pain.

This means for me showing up less to doom scroll, getting up and showing up to myself and my loved ones.

I don’t want to do this… i need to do this.

Proclaim:
Life I see you. I see you in your fullness, your gifts, your lessons and I say yes. I say yes to all you throw at me and I stand rooted like a tree through all adversity.

I love showing up to my life. I love interacting with life directly no matter how messy or how scary.

You can do this too. One step at a time.
Presence is the key.

You are an immovable force and all the strength you need is already within you.
