ApprenticeshipPHL is proud to highlight DeVal Lifecycle Support, in partnership with Philadelphia Works, Inc. on the development of WeldWorks Philly, a new registered apprenticeship program preparing residents for high-demand welding careers.

This work is supported by the PA Department of Labor & Industry, helping expand access to high-quality apprenticeship opportunities across the Commonwealth. Philadelphia Works is leading program design, apprentice recruitment, and the supportive services that ensure long-term success, not just job placement, but career mobility.
