08/29/2026
This was October 6th 2025.
Since then I've lost a ton of mobility.
I can hardly walk or stand for too long.
24/7 pain from head to toes
If you don't know,
This is just part of my story below.
I've had Multiple Sclerosis since 2002.
In 2020 I was in a wheelchair most of the time.
I drove using a wheelchair accessible van.
I went to physical therapy for over a year.
That helped a lot because I was then able to use my walker to get around.
After a long time I started going to the gym and bodybuilding. Still using my van and wheelchair.
Only because it was too much for me to get around in the gym with my walker.
Eventually, I no longer needed the van or the wheelchair.
I decided to purchase a car.
The gains I was making by training were amazing.
The motivation came to a screeching halt.
Towards the third quarter of 2022,
a couple of lymph nodes felt swollen on the left side of my neck.
And mastisized from my left tonsil.
I was diagnosed with cancer; squamous cell carcinoma in the left tonsil and lymph nodes on the left side of my neck.
My cancer treatment was on hold because of the following;
I was having other non related medical issues with a baclofen pump that sends medication directly into my spine 24/7, to control spasticity from multiple sclerosis.
I had to go through three surgeries. Back to back. Because the device kept malfunctioning.
That put my treatment off for months.
Then while being in the hospital for so long.
I contracted a really bad bacterial infection in my sinuses.
It went untreated because no one at the hospital would hear me out.
It spread to all four sinus cavities on the right side of my head. And left me with a deviated septum.
At this point it was a case of pansinusitis.
Again I needed surgery.
Which put the cancer treatment off even longer.
Because of the long wait in getting treatment, the cancer spread to lymph nodes on the right side of my neck.
Finally I went through seven weeks of chemo and radiation.
Then I was cancer free.
I went back to the gym and gained a lot back.
The next year the cancer came back.
A small tumor was found in my right lung.
The oncologist said the cancer had migrated to that area.
So, I lost some of my progress again.
I had to endure seven days of radiation.
I beat the cancer again.
I bounced back again. Hit the gym, kept my business running.
Even when in the hospital I was taking orders and having my family help ship packages.
Eventually I tried to take a few steps without using my walker.
I was so excited to just take 3-4 steps unassisted.
This evolved to a regular practice when first entering the gym three times a week.
Until I was able to take 131 unassisted steps without touching my walker once!
Although, the day I took 131 steps, I may have hurt my neck doing so.
I'm really not sure.
Then the unbelievable happened,
a new nodule was found on the opposite lung during a routine scan.
It was .4mm in size.
I lost over 43lbs since October 2025.
I have not been in the gym since then.
I went for a scan in March, 2026 and the nodule shrunk to .3mm.
As of May 20, 2026. My weight is 108 lbs.
Which is great. Now they will monitor it and scan again in July.
In between it all, I was also diagnosed with,
- Central and obstructive sleep apnea
- Gastritis upper upper intestine & stomach lining
- A small stomach ulcer
- A small hiatal hernia
- Barrett's esophagus
- C3-4: Broad-based central disc herniation
impinging upon the ventral thecal
sac.
- C4-5: Central disc herniation impinging upon
the ventral thecal sac.
- Covid 5 times.
I believe there's a pinched nerve in my neck.
When I raise my arms above my shoulders. My arms go numb along with me hands and my biceps cramp up.
I can feel it radiating from my neck.
All of the way to my toes.
I run two businesses, 5 Instagram pages and two pages.
It's hard to keep going. But I will bounce back again!
