A lot of what we do at The Village Path starts with people simply showing up for each other.

Whether it’s free therapy for Black men, healing circles, youth programs, or community events, this work exists because people believe our communities deserve spaces to heal, grow, and feel supported.

If you’ve ever shared our posts, donated, volunteered, attended an event, or even just encouraged someone to keep going

THANK YOU!

Today for Give STL Day, we’re asking for your support so we can continue doing this work and reach even more people.

Every contribution matters. Find the link in our story to donate.

The Village Path is inviting community members to learn more about joining our Advisory Council. We’re building a group of people who want to support our mission by welcoming volunteers, helping at events throughout the year, and contributing to committees like communications and community engagement.

If you’ve been looking for a way to plug in, collaborate, and help shape meaningful work in the community, this is a great place to start.

Join us:
May 2nd | 10 AM–12 PM
Northside Movement Center

Breakfast will be provided to start your morning off right (and still leave you time for your Cinco de Mayo plans after).

Come learn more and see what being part of the Advisory Council looks like.

Grateful for them inviting The Village Path back to help the staff who help so many in communities heal with open arms.

We left feeling even more human, more vulnerable, more close and with a reminder to continue to be kind.

Last night’s Healing and Writing Circle (HAWC) with The Village Path was powerful.

Lead by we gathered, we reflected, and we leaned into transformation.

Using the life of Malcolm X as our framework, we walked through the many transitions of his life and mirrored them with our own. We reflected on the names we’ve been given at birth, by family, by circumstance and the ways those names have shaped us.

And then we asked a deeper question:

What does it look like to reclaim our names?

From birth to death and everything in between.

We wrote. We shared. We sat with truth. We witnessed one another.

Grateful for everyone who showed up with honesty and courage. Thank you to the for catering.

We’ll see you at the next circle !

Had a great Healing and Writing Circle and it was the first of the year.

This circle was led by as we explored what it meant to be a champion for each of us and reflected on champions that showed up for us.

Looking forward to more circles and time spent in community with brothers in healing 🙏🏾

We would like to thank .r.i.c for being our longest community partner.

Every Saturday for the last four years has worked with and held space for men suffering from Bullet Related Injuries and other forms of trauma. They also always love when we bring merch.
