UNMASC 5 is happening TONIGHT! Join us for an evening of storytelling, connection, and challenging the narratives around masculinity.

We’re unveiling this year’s mask and making space for honest conversations about what it means to be a man.

We’re less than 24 hours away from UNMASC 5: Changing the Narrative on Masculinity, and we’re already at 78% of our $20,000 fundraising goal!

Weeks of showing up, sharing, reflecting, and doing the work have brought our storytellers to this moment. We can’t wait for you to hear their stories and witness what happens when we create space for men to be seen, heard, and supported in their healing.

Presented by The Village Path and Undo Bias, UNMASC is more than an event. It’s an opportunity to challenge the narratives we’ve inherited about masculinity, embrace our differences, and make room for something different.

Three years ago, we began a tradition of making masks as a way to explore what it means to unmasc.

Through paint, feathers, and personal expression, the men and masculine presenting folks of UNMASC 5 are creating more than masks. They’re creating a space to share the things we don’t always feel safe or encouraged to share, challenge the expectations placed on masculinity, and prepare for the courage it takes to be vulnerable and hold ourselves accountable.

At UNMASC 5, they’ll take that courage to the stage and unveil their masks as they share their stories.

This conversation feels especially important during Domestic Violence Prevention Month. Healing the narrative around masculinity means creating space for men to be vulnerable, accountable, emotionally honest, and willing to challenge the behaviors and expectations that can contribute to harm.

NAMI St. Louis x The Village PATH on film as we partnered for another gathering of the Sharing Hope series.

We had great conversations on resources, check ins with each other, and had a professional in the space to answer all our therapy questions/concerns.
