Always love checking out different studios + class types, especially when I'm on the go ๐โโ๏ธ
There is something so powerful about keeping a semblance of your routines up while traveling~ aiding in grounding, centering, & stabilizing.
Although I was just back home visiting family, I was still away from my regular studios, gym, movement & mindfulness routines...
& while barre3 is a chain, I had never been && I'm so glad I got to check it out with a friend this past weekend. ๐ญ thanks for letting me be your guest โจ๏ธ
I really appreciated the blend of stregth, cardio, & mindful breathwork at the end ~
