the easiest 🛒🥖 grocery shopping hack that no talks about but our dietitians can’t stop shouting about:

this is proven to save you time and money AND it helps you buy the foods you know you want to eat later, without the distractions and anxiety the grocery store can often come with!

1️⃣ plan your meals for the week (try to include a fat, protein and carbohydrate in each)
2️⃣ break down the ingredients of each of those meals into a list
3️⃣ shop at your preferred online store (we use insta cart!)

👀 if you’re looking for low calorie, high volume foods without all of the ingredient subbing and prep time, you’ve finally found the right place:

fiber dense foods (i.e. most food that comes from a plant 🌿) are such a topic of debate right now (to answer your question, if you do it right it shouldn’t have the runs or be constipated and no, that’s not a sign that fiber is bad for you)

let’s remove the b.s.: 30-35g of fiber per day, spread out across the day, by eating balanced meals with enough color in them WILL have a positive effect on your overall health 💚
