Feeling Heavy Puffy Stuck. 🙄
Sound familiar? 🙉
So many women in my practice deal with foggy brain, a bloated belly, anxiety, chronic swelling, cellulite, lipedema, and lymphedema and are told it’s just how their body is. That there’s nothing to do but manage it.
That has never sat right with me.
When you look at the body through the lens of the nervous system, fascia, cellular health, and lymphatics, everything shifts. These are signals 💥
The body asking for better flow 🙏
And my favorite daily blend for exactly that? Tulsi, Rose, and Hibiscus.
Tulsi has been called “the incomparable one” for centuries — and it earns that name every single day. As a true adaptogen, it helps the body find its way back to balance regardless of where the stress is coming from.
Tulsi stimulates circulation and supports the skin’s ability to release waste through perspiration, moving lymph gently without force.
🍃It calms and regulates the nervous system, bringing cortisol down from its chronic high.
🍃It supports the immune system, offering antimicrobial and antiviral properties that keep the body resilient. It stabilizes blood sugar, which matters deeply for inflammation and fluid retention. And clears the respiratory system of excess mucus — often a sign of deeper systemic congestion.
Besides lightens the load on the liver and digestion, two of the lymphatic system’s most important partners. When cortisol is high and the body is locked in stress response, the nervous system stays on guard, fascia tightens, lymph slows, and that bloated heavy feeling settles in.
Tulsi addresses all of that at the root.
Rose brings the calm deeper. It soothes the nervous system, softens the stress held in the body’s connective tissue, and has a gentle affinity for the lymphatic system itself. Tulsi and Rose belong together for anyone carrying grief, anxiety, or emotions that feel too big for the body to hold.
Hibiscus cools the fire. Rich in antioxidants and naturally anti-inflammatory, it targets the kind of low-grade systemic inflammation that drives fluid retention, fascial thickening, and that persistent brain fog that never quite lifts.
Tulsi and Hibiscus are the blend for those running hot — anger close to the surface, a critical mind that won’t quiet, hot flashes that disrupt everything.
Together, these three create a ritual that works on circulation, inflammation, the nervous system, and the fascia simultaneously. Gentle. Consistent. Daily.
Start with a warm cup in the morning. Or cool it down and sip it throughout the day if heat and inflammation are your pattern.
