October is here, and with it, an invitation to soften. 🍂

Just like the trees, we don’t have to hold on to everything. This month we’re leaning into release and grounding: letting go of what’s heavy, coming back to our bodies, and remembering that slowing down is not falling behind.

Save this post and come back to it whenever you need a reminder. Pick one affirmation that speaks to you, say it out loud each morning, write it on your mirror, or breathe it in during your practice. 💜

Which one are you carrying with you this month? Drop it in the comments 👇🏾

Let it fall gently. 🍁

Softness is Sacred.
