Meet Arlinda! She is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, Yoga Nidra guide, postpartum doula, and founder of Arlinda’s Asanas in Philadelphia, PA. With over 20 years of personal practice and more than a decade of experience working with children and families, she creates intentional yoga experiences rooted in healing, accessibility, mindfulness, and community connection. Specializing in Yinyasa, beginners yoga, kids yoga, and nervous system support, Arlinda’s mission is to help students reconnect with themselves both on and off the mat.

We are thrilled to welcome Arlinda to the Healing the Hood Together family, where she will be leading some of our upcoming classes. And if you’re bringing your little ones, keep an eye out…when Arlinda guides the children, she goes by the beloved Princess Bubblegum 🫧👑

We are GLOWING from our opening class Flow at Bartram’s Garden with Zeena!

She led us through the most grounding, soul-nourishing flow…slow, intentional movement that had us releasing tension, dropping into our bodies, and breathing like we actually meant it.

The kind of class that reminds you why you started in the first place.

Now we’re calling in sunshine and warm breezes for our next session because this community DESERVES to flow under the open sky. ☀️

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we’re not just acknowledging it, we’re moving through it. 💜
