Hitting higher protein goals may feel overwhelming at first, but with a little planning it’s often much more achievable than people think. Here’s an example of what a balanced day with around 120g of protein can look like while still including satisfying, realistic meals. 🍳🥗🍗

Salads are only as satisfying as what you put in them.

A bowl of greens alone won’t keep you full for long but a balanced salad will.

If you want your salad to actually function as a meal, don’t forget the protein. That’s what helps with fullness, blood sugar balance, and sustained energy (aka no afternoon crash).

Quick reminder: if your salad leaves you hungry an hour later… it’s probably missing protein.

f you’re looking for a quick, healthy, high-protein dinner your whole family will actually eat… this one’s on repeat over here 👏🏼

Creamy, comforting, and secretly packed with protein thanks to cottage cheese (trust me you won’t even taste it). Use a protein pasta to boost it even more 💪🏼

Perfect for busy weeknights when you need something easy but still nourishing 🤍

Cottage Cheese & Broccoli Pasta 🥦🍝

Ingredients:
8 oz (1 cup) whole-milk cottage cheese
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 lb broccoli (~2 heads), cut into florets
2 large cloves garlic, minced
8 oz protein pasta
Extra-virgin olive oil
2 oz freshly grated Parmesan (about 1 cup), plus more for serving
Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of heavily salted water to a boil. Add broccoli florets.
2. Add pasta and cook according to package directions. About 2 minutes before it’s done, add the broccoli if you haven’t already.
3. Before draining, reserve 1 cup of pasta water. Drain pasta + broccoli.
4. In a food processor, blend cottage cheese, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Add a splash of pasta water to reach a creamy consistency.
5. Toss the sauce with the pasta and broccoli. Drizzle with olive oil, taste, and adjust seasoning.
6. Top with extra Parmesan and enjoy!
