Another amazing Strong First weekend in the books… but this time 29 weeks pregnant!

I am so proud to share that I was able to re-certify my level I and II skills all with my little one along for the ride! This included all my technical skills, 16kg sn**ch test, and 24kg press. To say I proud of what my body did is an understatement.

I also had the honor of watching not one but two KG members crush the weekend and join the Strong First family. It was such a cool feeling to be leading the grad workout next to the coach that got me there and look out at the friendly faces of this community.

As always, I learned a ton and came out of the weekend a better coach than when I entered it. Oh and baby Rode is now a certified badass with me 🔥

Things aren’t fitting the way they used to but we are still sn**ching away over here!

I have been asked a lot about my training and what it’s looked like or what’s changed and the truth is the biggest change has been going with the flow more. I am listening to my body, doing what feels right that day, and not stressing.

All that has lead me to still being able to lift heavy, sn**ch often, and not have to limit many skills. I am even aiming to re-certify in both my certs in a week if all things still feel good!

The female body is truly incredible.

Been pretty quiet on here because we have been going through some big changes over here!

But, we are so excited for this new adventure and I am finally feeling ready to talk more publicly about it all!

Can’t wait to share how this little baby has been along for the ride while training, adjusting, and doing the damn thing. 🔥
