The Haven is an ethnically diverse healing space, offering classes, workshops and retreats from global, holistic, non-traditional health arenas. We began with Hatha and Yen Yoga Classes and workshops such as "Discover Your Divinity", a basics in spirituality, 101 Metaphysics and Magic. We've now opened The Haven to practitioners
to share and teach their love. When 'artist' come from a distance, w

e offer a space to lay their heads giving them meditative time before their presentations. We invite the neophytes to bring their energy to The Haven and sharpen their skills.
