Recovering from multiple extractions is quite different from having just one or two teeth removed. If you or a loved one are preparing for surgery, here is how to navigate the first 36 hours smoothly:

🧊 Ice is Your Best Friend: Apply ice packs externally to your cheek near the surgical site continuously while you are awake.
💧 Prioritize Hydration: When many teeth are extracted, replacing lost fluids is essential. Be sure to drink at least six glasses of liquid on your first day.
🍲 Keep it Soft: Restrict your diet to liquids and soft foods that are comfortable for you to eat.
🚫 Skip the Rinse: Do not rinse your mouth at all for the first post-operative day, or while there is active bleeding.
