Sunday at the Philadelphia Tattoo Arts Festival was about follow-through. Final sessions getting wrapped. Long pieces coming together. Artists locking in details they’d been building toward all weekend.

Solid tattooing, meaningful conversations, and people who showed up to finish strong.
