✨ Exciting news ✨

This Saturday, October 4th from 2–4pm, my sister and I will be at the Grand Opening of Casa Hechizos 💫

We’ll be holding space, connecting with community, and sharing some of what we love through bodywork + support practices. It’s a chance to come by, meet the collective, and celebrate the new home being built here.

My baby! She’s about to be 4 months in a week! I am the happiest I’ve ever been in my life. She’s such a happy baby, she wakes up smiling and he’s been smiling everyday since she was born ♥️

Mommyhood is no joke it’s the most joyous exhausting rewarding hard AF journey and it’s just beginning. Having a village of help, support, love and care is soo essential to being a happy mommy and having a happy baby. I’m forever grateful for my village that continues to grow. And I pray that every mother has the opportunities I’ve had with a beautiful homebirth, postpartum care and the space to breathe a little lol. My heart goes out to all the mothers who didn’t have the proper education on birth and postpartum and didn’t get what they deserved. This colonized patriarchal culture has robbed us of our traditions and hurt so many of us. May our ancestral midwifery traditions be restored!

Bittersweet News! As I’ve become a mother my priorities and my schedule have shifted. I will no longer be open for massage for a while, not exactly sure when I’ll be open for sessions but you’ll find out when I do. I truly enjoyed helping people feel better and be free of discomfort and pain. And now I have to tend to my baby and myself♥️🤗
