🥁 And the winner is.... Teal. 🫧 Teal won the vote, fair and square. And then I used all three colors anyway. I loved them all and couldn't decide. Here's my defense. When I laid the mockups out on the counter side by side, I just liked all the colors and realized I didn't have to choose.
So, Teal for Sinus Formulas (PND and Bi Choo) . Coral for the Asthma Suite (Pulmasoothe, Wheeze Ease and Easy Exhale). Golden for Digestive Formulas, Left Metal Bitters, Gall Clear and No Cir).
There's still more labels to update and we'll get to that in a couple of months.

So: teal won the vote- on Facebook, on email and on Instagram. And I LOVED everyone's strong opinions!

🔥🔥🔥🔥when it’s San fu time we get busy!!

This is what San Fu Moxa looks like the moment it’s ordered.

We don’t pre-grind and shelve our San Fu blend — each order is ground fresh to order: equal parts Xi Xin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Bai Jie Zi (Semen Sinapis), Yan Hu Suo (Corydalis Rhizoma), Lai Fu Zi (Semen Raphani), Xuan Fu Hua (Flos Inulae), and Wu Zhu Yu (Fructus Evodiae) — sifted into a fine powder, ready to moisten with water or ginger juice and form into plasters.

San Fu is a cold moxa: nothing is burned. The warmth comes entirely from the herbs, applied to points on the back during the year’s most yang-dominant days to move deep cold and support the lungs before winter sets in — d**g xia bing zhi, treat winter disease in summer. In use since the Qing Dynasty.

Just a heads-up, the first date is coming up in just four days!
