ONE YEAR IN🤍✨

1️⃣ year ago, I launched 🪷
8️⃣months ago, I trusted God enough to step into it full-time 🙏🏽

This year asked me to grow, not louder or faster, but steadier 🤍

To build something rooted in care, values, and the kind of sustainability that leaves room for life 🌿

Over the past year, I’ve held over 350 sessions with 45+ clients 🛋️, began guiding 7 pre-licensed counselors through clinical supervision 🧠📖, watched a wellness event I hosted sell out 🎟️, and saw my private practice owners support group grow to 30+ members. I shared my birth story on a podcast 🎙️🤍, navigated health insurance credentialing on my own 📄😮‍💨, deepened my knowledge in perinatal mental health 👶🏽🌸, and transitioned from a fully virtual practice to a one-of-a-kind office at the 🪴🏳️‍🌈

And beyond the professional milestones, something quieter happened 🌙

I gained time ⏳
I gained choice ✨
I gained presence 🤍

I’ve learned I can build a thriving practice, honor my life, and still have space to breathe 🌬️🌸
The self-doubt and imposter syndrome that once lingered has (mostly) faded, leaving quiet confidence 💛

I’m deeply grateful to my clients who trusted me with their stories 🫶🏽, to my supervisees who show up with curiosity and care ✨, and to the colleagues and collaborators who believed in this practice, shared wisdom, and reminded me I didn’t have to do any of this alone 🤍 And to my husband,👩🏻‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏽💍 whose belief in me came long before my own, who encouraged this step and knew it was the right move for our family 🧑‍🧑‍🧒
And to my friends and family, thank you for the love and support during this season 🌿💫

The practice will reopen on Tuesday, 1/6, and all session and consultation requests will be prioritized upon my return.
