Join me this weekend at Social Beings for our Stretch & Tea Workshop! 🧘🌿 Note: we’ve adjusted the time so this workshop will be 10:30-12:30 pm.

We’ll have a calming, beginner-friendly yoga session with Jen followed by an intro to herbalism workshop with me.

Enjoy free herbal tea during class, and taste a variety of herbal extracts while learning about energetics, herbal actions, and how to prepare herbal remedies at home.

Join me at the Richmond Library - Free Library of Philadelphia on May 26 to learn about energetic states in plants and people, and how to select the best herbs for your body!
Note that this month’s workshop will be on the fourth Tuesday, due to election day on May 19th (the library will be a polling place). Make sure to vote!

I’m excited to be joining the Social Beings community and teaming up with Jen to offer this stretch & tea workshop! 🧘‍♂️🌿🧘‍♀️

Join us on Saturday, May 23rd for a calm, nourishing experience blending movement, herbs, and ritual. Jen will lead a 30 minute gentle stretch to ground ourselves and release tension, to be followed by an introductory herbalism workshop with me.

You’ll learn about energetics, herbal remedies that you can make at home, and how they can support overall balance and well-being. We’ll have tea to enjoy during class, and will taste a variety of extracts while discussing the herbs and their actions. 😋
