MWL is a heart forward yoga studio where you are given permission to show up and be seen as your glorious, messy, magical selves in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Rainy spring weather may have shifted some Memorial Day plans… 🌧️❤️

Tomorrow’s classes filled faster than expected, and because we hate turning people away, we’re adding an EXTRA CLASS with Holly at 8a tomorrow morning. ✨

Already signed up for 9:30a but want an earlier start or extra space?

Feel free to switch over and cancel your original reservation to open space for someone else.

Aries lit the spark. Ta**us grounded us back into the body. And now Gemini arrives to shake things up.

The season of air invites curiosity, communication, movement, play, duality, learning, and the ability to hold multiple truths at once. Gemini reminds us that our stories are not fixed. Perspectives can shift. Questions can open doors we didn’t even know existed.

So change your mind. Follow the white rabbit. Flirt with possibility. Stay curious enough to surprise yourself.

Last night it hit me…
Today is March 16th.

Six years ago today was the beginning of my independence — and the moment Move With Love was born through Zoom With Love.

I look back at these photos with so much love. That first virtual class where 55 people logged on… showing up for each other in the middle of such an uncertain time.

Your support carried me through the moments when the path wasn’t clear and reminded me why this work matters so much.

And now I’m just sitting here thinking…
wow — look how far we’ve come.

A little reminder for you (and for me): keep moving forward with love, even when the path ahead isn’t totally clear. Sometimes the next step is all we need.

Big love in the Move With Love universe this week ✨

And can we please give it up for three absolute cuties — Lizzie, Jools, and Matty — the only ones who rode the full 28+ day wave of our Love Yourself Challenge. Icons. Legends. And big love to everyone else who honored their commitment and met their personal class goals. Showing up for yourself, in whatever way you said you would, is the real magic. ✨

And happiest birthday to Missie — one of our true ride-or-die Move With Love humans. She is everything a studio, a friend, and a person could hope for. She shows up with her whole heart and her whole self, again and again. This place is better because you are in it. We love you big,

And happy birthday to our dear Gabrielle Jane — a soul wiser than her many years. We are so deeply happy to have her back home after her travels abroad, deepening her yogic studies and devotion to this path, only to return and share that wisdom, care, and presence with each one of us. What a gift you are,

Dear Valentines,

Wow.

You make my world better and brighter.
You make my heart fuller and my spirit lighter.

In a world that can feel so divided and heavy right now, it is not lost on me how blessed I am that I get to do what I love alongside the love of my life — and with so many people I love.

Some of the most incredible humans choose to come together to step onto our mats and breathe, laugh, cry, and love in community.

Move With Love is such a radiant, heart-filled space — where love is literally felt. I say this after spending all morning in community with so many of you and feeling it in real time.

Happiest Valentine’s Day.

May you always remember how deeply loved and appreciated you are.

Starting today, MWL is offering 3 weekly Community Supported classes — all pay what you can.

We believe yoga is for everyone. These tools—for the nervous system, the body, and the heart—are powerful, and access to them shouldn’t be limited by socioeconomic barriers.

On a personal note: Matt + I would never have had access to the profound effects of this practice without donation-based yoga. Offering this at MWL has been a long time coming, and it feels like a big exhale to finally make it official.

Community Supported Classes:

➡️ Mondays at 12p — Power + Peace w/

➡️ Wednesdays at 8a — Some Kind of Love w/

➡️ Fridays at 6p — Some Kind of Love w/ .28

When you sign up online, you’ll be prompted to contribute what you can.

If you’re a current member, your membership already helps support community care and expanded access.

If you’re a walk-in, you’re welcome to donate via Venmo at the studio.
