It is time to share our bittersweet news that we will be leaving Philadelphia and leaving Heart Strong Chiropractic.

We will miss this practice and community more than words can describe but life has had different plans for us.

We will be moving closer to family.

Heart Strong Chiropractic will still be a part of the community and we have found 2 great chiropractors to take over for us! We hope that you help them feel welcome in Manayunk!

It is nearly impossible to sit at a computer for long periods of time without having some sort of pain or stiffness.

Unfortunately, it has become very COMMON that most people consider the pain to be NORMAL.

While sitting at the computer for long periods of time will cause some discomfort in general. You do not have to be in a constant state of pain for the majority of your day.

Chiropractic adjustments can help by restoring mobility to the neck, upper back and mid back. This will allow the muscles to release and not feel as stiff and achy. This can also help improve range of motion and reduce stiffness.

Chiropractic also helps at improving posture over time which allows us to correct the main CAUSE of the pain that happens when sitting at a computer all day.
