Your home affects more than what you see—it can influence how you feel, focus, rest, and move through your day.

For years, I’ve believed that cleaning should be about more than appearances. A clean home isn’t a measure of your worth, and struggling with your space does not mean you’re lazy. Sometimes, your environment reflects the overwhelm you’ve been carrying.

After more than seven years in the cleaning industry, combined with my background in psychology, wellness, and peer support, I created the Well Aligned Cleaning ALIGN Method™.

ALIGN is a five-part, wellness-centered approach designed to help you:

✨ Reduce physical and environmental overwhelm
✨ Create calming, supportive elements in your home
✨ Feel more grounded within your surroundings

Over the past year, I've embraced new opportunities, experiences, and personal growth that have inspired me to cultivate something different. My goal is no longer just to clean homes, but to help create spaces that feel peaceful, balanced, and intentionally cared for.
