You can eat perfectly, take all the supplements, and still struggle…

If your nervous system feels unsafe → ovulation, progesterone, thyroid, and fertility suffer.

My biggest takeaway?

But do things that bring you joy.
Move your body, schedule in rest, me-time, and fun.

If I were struggling to conceive and being told “everything looks normal,” here’s the first thing I’d do ↓ I’d stop waiting for someone to hand me a diagnosis — and start looking at the root causes myself. Because the truth? Unexplained infertility is not unexplained. It’s undiagnosed.
