90 Minutes to 2 Hours Jin Shin Jyutsu changes consciousness.

The energy body balancing "light touch/acupressure modality" of Jin Shin Jyutsu® is an ancient art of harmonizing the life force, chi, energy in the body. It helps clear both blockages and the underlying emotional states, providing a calming and balancing effect on the body, mind, and spirit. Life energy moves through the body in distinct pathways, which unify and integrate the body. Each side of

the body has 26 specific sites, known as Safety Energy Locks (SELs);

Visualize the hands placed as jumper cables. Each hand holds 2 "points" at the same time, moving through sequences, based on pulse listening & body reading, as well as the symptoms that are being experienced by the client. Using only minimal pressure and with no physical manipulation of tissue, the flow of life energy along energetic pathways is redirected or unblocked. The body changes as and if it needs to. If a person comes to see you for Jin Shin Jyutsu they are there because they are ready for their consciousness to transform.
~ This beautifully stated wisdom came from JSJ instructor Muriel Carlton ~

Sharing this Jin Shin Jyutsu ~ Self Help
from my friend and JSJ Practitioner Pam Makie

💖SAFETY ENERGY LOCK 1. 😊
💖Jumper cable SEL 1 with SELs 2 through 8, then
💖Jumper cable SEL 8 with SELs 9-26.

💖Pam shared this from her SEL 1 notes since the 1980s when
Mary was still teaching, but never used it until today!
It is very powerful, and so easy to use/remember.

No specific hands are indicated in my notes,
but found it easiest to start with LH on left SEL 1
and RH on left SEL 2, and continued in that fashion.

💖It has taken a little over 2 hours to accomplish, but
have already found it so deeply powerful am commenting
here. Finished about an hour ago and am looking forward
to what evvolves in the next few hours.

I have been having issues with left knee and foot, so
used the left flow as it is supervisory.
Will use for my right side tomorrow.😊

💖As you all know SEL 1 is Prime Mover, General Practitioner,
Birthplace of Supervisory Flow, beginning of the 5 Depths,
and more...

💖Seems like it would be a great self help for a client, if
they would be willing to spend the time slowly working
through all the steps.

💖Thank you Mary Burmeister for bringing Jin Shin Jyutsu to the West.😊🙏

The Ancient Healing Art of Jin Shin Jyutsu predates Acupuncture.
Both of them operate on similar principals, although JSJ doesn't rely on the use of needles.

Modern Medicine and technology is just beginning to catch up to what the ancient medical practitioners have known for centuries:

"For centuries, a philosophical and scientific divide has separated Eastern and Western medicine. Western medicine has traditionally relied on the tangible—what can be dissected, observed under a microscope, and mapped in discrete systems. Eastern medicine, particularly acupuncture, has relied on the energetic and interconnected—meridians and Qi (chi) that flow through the body, invisible to the naked eye.

But what if the invisible network of Eastern medicine has been hiding in plain sight within Western anatomy all along?

A fascinating new interactive article published by The New York Times dives deep into the interstitium, a body-wide network of fluid-filled spaces within our connective tissue. Once dismissed as mere "packing material" between organs, the interstitium is now being recognized as a dynamic, highly conductive anatomical structure. More importantly, it is providing a compelling biological explanation for how acupuncture actually works."

A recent New York Times interactive feature explores a groundbreaking anatomical revelation: the interstitium may be the physical network behind acupuncture meridians. Explore how this discovery bridges the gap between Eastern and Western medicine, and how immersive VR or MR simulation tools like Ac...
