1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 serving vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp almond milk
1 tbsp chocolate chips
2 tbsp mini marshmallows
1 graham cracker, broken into small pieces

Directions:
1. Mix together the yogurt and protein powder. Spread out over a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
2. Make the chocolate sauce by adding 2 tbsp almond milk and 1/4 cup chocolate chips to a glass measuring cup. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring and repeating until the chocolate is melted.
3. Pour lines of chocolate sauce on the yogurt. Use a toothpick or chopstick to swirl the chocolate.
4. Add marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate chips to the bark. Freeze for at least 3 hours.

Comment RECIPE and I’ll send you the recipe for this high protein, gut-healthy Tie-Dye Mousse perfect for Memorial Day or the 4th of July!

The star of the recipe is Farmer Cheese. I know cottage cheese is having a moment right now, but farmer cheese is just as high in protein, plus it’s packed with probiotics and is lower in sodium! If you haven’t tried, this is your sign! I love blending it into sauces for dinner too!

All you need are berries and your favorite yogurt to make this kid-approved treat!

🇺🇸 American Flag Yogurt Bark 🇺🇸
Ingredients:
Square or rectangular pop-it
blueberries
raspberries (strawberries could also work)
yogurt (I mixed greek yogurt with a little honey)
optional: red and blue natural sprinkles
Directions:
1. Since this will be flipped, place blueberries in the top right corner to form a square.
2. Slice the tops off of the raspberries so that the bottoms fit in the pop-it. Place raspberries in the bottom row of the pop-it, skip the row above, place in the next row, and so on.
3. Add scoops of yogurt to the top of the pop-it. Carefully spread it over the fruit. Try to be gentle so the fruit doesn’t move around too much.
4. If desired, add sprinkles, and then place in the freezer.
5. Once frozen, gently remove the pop-it and enjoy! You can make these ahead of time and then keep them in the freezer until you’re ready to serve.

I would love for you to share this idea with any other mama who has an overflow of pop-its in their house 😜. And if you try it out, please tag @‌healthyholme so I can see! It always makes my day!!

These RED, WHITE, and BLUEberries are such a fun, simple patriotic treat to make for Memorial Day or the 4th of July! You only need 3 ingredients for this delicious bite-sized treat!

⭐️ Follow for more simple, fun, healthier recipes ⭐️

To make the RED, WHITE, and BLUEberries…
🇺🇸 Use a rolling pin (or cup) to crush dried strawberries. You could also use red sprinkles instead.
🇺🇸 Fill a shot glass (or small dish) with white chocolate. Melt in the microwave, stopping every 30 seconds to stir.
🇺🇸 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
🇺🇸 Place 3 blueberries on a toothpick, separating them for now
🇺🇸 Dip the bottom two blueberries in the white chocolate, gently tapping the toothpick so the excess chocolate falls back into the shot glass.
🇺🇸 Roll the bottom blueberry in crushed dried strawberries. Lay the toothpick on the parchment paper and continue dipping the blueberries.
