The girl in first photo was working her first wellness jobs, wearing polos two sizes too big, showing up and learning the kind of practitioner she wanted to become.

She had no idea that those early days would lead to creating a space people come to for their aches, pains, or simply a really good massage.
And now..
I’m drinking way too much coffee out of my Moon Rehab mug, obsessing over my career in the best way, showing up for my clients, and showing up for that 21-year-old version of me who just kept going even when she had no clue where it would lead.

• Drew – Thai + shiatsu-inspired bodywork on the mat, please wear comfortable clothing

Why does your Achilles matter? Because in Center City, we walk everywhere! in sneakers, boots, and sometimes not-so-supportive shoes.

Scraping and soft tissue mobilization help the lower leg move the way it’s supposed to, reducing tension through the Achilles, calf, heel, and arch. Small, intentional work = better mechanics and less pain.

As the year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to thank all of you for being such an important part of my practice. Your trust means the world to me!

These past few weeks gave me a chance for me to step back and focus on the connections we share and to focus on the craft I love the most, Massage Therapy! Running this practice with my husband and our wonderful team has been a rewarding experience, marked by moments of genuine laughter and camaraderie that I truly value.

As we head into the new year, I look forward to continuing to support your wellness journey. Wishing you all a peaceful and fulfilling New Year ahead!
