Keystone State Tattoo Expo
Annual tattoo convention in Altoona, PA at the Blair County Convention Center. Notable tattoo artists from around the world will be set up and tattooing live on location. Some artists will offer walk-ins, while others will be doing pre-planned, large custom show‑stopping pieces.
The expo also features live music, shows and attractions, Mel’s Car Show, and tattoo contests. Contests include both fresh and healed work. It’s a great way to show appreciation for your tattoo artist. Enter their work for judging and show off your tattoo to the rest of the convention.
Contest judging takes place in the second half of each day and requires preregistration before judging begins. Tattoos are broken down into categories each day. Refer to the contest schedule or the event website for full details.
Tyler and Annalise will be tattooing together on a single collaborative piece at the show. Make sure to stop by, check out the progress, and see the epic work they’re creating in hopes of impressing the award judges.
The Upstage Music Fest
A two‑day music festival featuring a massive lineup of national touring Heavy Metal, Hardcore, and Rock acts. In addition to live music, the event includes vendors, food trucks, memorabilia, door prizes, and raffles.
Rock & Ruthless will be setting up a full tattoo shop inside the event. Walk‑in tattoos will be available from Tyler, Annalise, and Josh. R/R merchandise and body jewelry will also be available for purchase.
The festival takes place both inside and outside the Clearfield Fair Grounds Expo Building. Visit the event website for more information or to purchase advance tickets.
13 Years Walk‑In Event
Small tattoos at the shop from 11am–8pm on a walk‑in basis with your favorite artists Tyler and Annalise.
Celebrate and commemorate 13 epic years of business. Special Limited Edition “13 Years” merchandise will be in stock and available all day. Even if you’re not planning on getting a tattoo, stop in and take home a piece of Rock & Ruthless history.
All‑Day Piercing Walk‑In
Tyler will be fully locked in for non‑stop piercings at the shop from 11am–8pm on a walk‑in basis. Body jewelry will be available for purchase, along with jewelry changes. The Ruthless 13th Anniversary merch line will also be available.
