The day starts early. Now Mom is enrolled in a FREE Senior Day Center. 4 day a week. Now I can work now knowing she’s in a safe place, being fed, participating in activities, being physically active, showing more independence.

Notes to self and you:

Restructure the daily and further plans for care
Don’t be afraid to seek help.

Do things in both your and your loved ones best interest.

Prepare your children for your care without overloading them

Breathe and enjoy life in bits, splitters, waves, or small doses.
