What a wonderful session last night at Movewell Physical Therapy & Performance - we explored a Yin/Yang flow session. Everyone enjoyed a combination of the challenge and the spaces carved out for rest using supportive props.

Blessed to be a presenter on wellness at the annual SEATA conference. Surprising the conference leaders with copies of Yoga Love magazine - sharing the love! Cultivating a community of love, support, acceptance and inclusion. Amen!

We are so blessed to spend another year presenting sessions on wellness at the SEATA conference in Safford at Eastern Arizona College. Beautiful campus - amazing host!

Even though I missed the love of my life who would always join me on this trip, I still visited our favorite local restaurants eating delish food at JD’s and Jerry’s. Love supporting local!

Best part was surprising the dedicated leaders of the conference, Donna and Carol, with copies of Yoga Love magazine.

So blessed to have a beautiful partnership with a publication that is focused on love, acceptance, inclusion and cultivating a supportive community. Amen!

Celebrating this fantastic mother and daughter team. Daughter Andrea just earned her 200 hour yoga certification. We celebrated over lattes and gave her an issue of Yoga Love magazine. We love our community! Spreading the love, joy and blessings!
