Here's a look at what we've been working on during our Jump & Agility classes at Sozo.
Designed for ages 11β17, these sessions help athletes improve coordination, move faster, jump higher and build confidence in a supportive small-group environment led by a certified coach.
Whether they're playing volleyball, training for another sport, or simply looking to stay active, each class focuses on building athletic foundations while having fun.
