Sweet Chamomile… Matricaria Recutita… oh so gentle and fantastically potent.
I just opened this box from and I’m immediately transported to the fields of Chamomile flowers… if you’ve never experienced her fresh, she gives off the most magical fragrance of green apple, caramel, and sugar notes.
Chamomile is both a nervine and carminitive which makes her perfect to support tension coupled with an upset stomach. She also supports the inner child and symptom patterns that feel “childish”… and emotions fueled by the gut… stubbornness, impulsiveness, a battle of the wills. The child who defies bedtime with irrational outbursts, power struggles, and arguments.
Also extremely supportive for humans who experience digestive disruptions during fight or flight, both children and adults.
