Are your two sides identical?!
Most of us are not.
I’ve broken two bones in my left leg and sprained my left ankle.
I have a very large scar from a surgery I had in 1966.

23 years of (close to) daily yoga and my left side is still my silly side.

Does that stop me from enjoying yoga? Not even a little bit!
