Cat: This is a grippy mat. Even when sweating during hot yoga, I don’t slip (and honestly, I am pretty sweaty). This is the first “eco” mat I’ve found that doesn’t sacrifice on grip. Of course, the extra space is nice, too.

As I’m graduating with my MBA tomorrow, I reflect how yoga has been the root of the journey and what has carried me through the last 2 years. The love for the practice and the gifts it can bring to people will never cease to amaze me.

Promoting yoga, accessibility, and improving health has been my expanding life mission that I never take for granted.

I’m inspired by my mentors, classmates, friends, the yoga community and professors that continue to help build Flow & Lay’s vision to life. This experience alone has moved me from a state of surviving and healing to living and I can only hope to offer others the same 🧿
