Asthma Toolkit Workshop | Saturday, October 17
Before the annual meeting begins, CHEST educators will partner with Phoenix Children’s Hospital to conduct an asthma toolkit educational seminar for Phoenix-area school nurses and other advanced practice providers. The workshop will feature hands-on training with masks, spacers, and other pulmonary function test devices.

Cleaner air takes teamwork! The Maricopa County Air Quality and the Arizona Asthma Coalition are helping residents reduce smoke through the Fireplace Retrofit Program. Eligible residents can receive up to $2,500 to make the switch to a natural gas log set! The extra $500 is limited to the first 17 participants so sign up now to get fireplace-ready for the winter at Maricopa.gov/AQFireplace.
