The Posterior Stretch is a simple “reset” for your entire upper body.
It helps open the chest while letting gravity do the work, so everything that’s been overworking can finally relax.
Think: less tightness, better posture, and a body that doesn’t feel constantly “on” 💙
How to do it:
Get a foam roller, lay flat on it
Hold for 1–3 minutes
Let gravity take over
Breathe and relax into the stretch
This is one of those “everybody needs this” movements you can come back to daily, especially if you sit a lot, train hard, or feel constantly tight through your upper body!✨
