A holistic practitioner implementing
Tuina and CranioSacral (Yin Tuina) | Acupuncture | Cupping | Gua Sha

I care for a patient in the place they are at and am honored to hold space during their wellness journey. I believe with this wellness relationship we find a balance and plan that works for them. My therapies have centered on pain management for over 10 years.Working closely with patients and their physicians to find the best customized treatment for the individual. My philosophy is rooted in a holistic childhood which included cranio-sacral, nutrition, spiritual discipline and wellness as a lifestyle. Later, I learned from my father, Dr. Harris M. Kimbrough, Jr. co founder of the WGSTD dental group, after attending The Chicago School of Massage (Cortiva-2007.) I pursued my Traditional Chinese Medicine degree and graduated from The Midwest College of Oriental Medicine (2015). Recently I received my masters in Oriental Medicine at Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture (2023). I have implemented these doctrines and treatment to my therapy. I address the muscular, visceral, meridian and nervous systems disruptions, thus assisting the whole person's innate healing response. The fascia, tendon and muscle tissue are a great indicator of dysfunction and health. Deficiencies, poor nutrition/absorption, decreased circulation, adrenal/energy fatigue, hormonal changes, trauma and excessive environmental conditions can lead to rigid muscles, inflammation, atrophy and/or pain. This can inhibit blood flow, lymph, waste elimination and eventually affect organ functions. Shalom.

Happy International Coffee ☕️ Day
I drew this first slide to show how my favorite herb “coffee” made me feel lol
“ love should be like coffee- never judging, always there and uplifting... getting you through those tough times.... ha ha Viva cafe ole!!!”

Pretty similar Actions in TCM philosophy
Moves Qi and Blood: Coffee helps to disperse stagnant Qi and invigorate blood circulation.Dries Dampness: Its bitter and warming properties can benefit individuals with excess dampness or sluggish digestion.Simulates Yang/Drains Yin: It acts as a strong functional stimulant that gives the appearance of boosting Yang, but frequent use can consume and drain Yin and body fluids, leading to dryness or deficiency.

As you can see coffee is in my life lol 😂 thank you coffee growers
