Some of you have been told that you were supposed to be married by a certain point in time; or, you’ve been obligated to a certain job or responsibility; or, my personal favorite: that you have to believe in this understanding of “God.”

And I’m going to say this clearly: That expectation is WRONG. Telling someone who they are supposed to be instead of supporting them as they discover that is probably the biggest issue facing men today!
-
Especially if you’re someone who has worked hard to get where he is or has felt shame of not living up to expectations. Here’s the truth. The real work is: asking the right questions, having accountability, and having fellow men to help you to do both. Your Path is infinitely unique. One size NEVER fits all.

You don’t force change. Change becomes an invitation and discovery. This is why I do things differently.

I don’t teach that there is a specific way that you should follow.

I show you that its yours to find for yourself.

I can’t lie to you. The last post where I was vulnerable about some of the things I have had to go through was not as challenging as it may be to others. I’ve learned that my strength is in my vulnerability. Still, the hopes to grow and nail another homer here.

I’ve definitely learned that by my opening up some of those vulnerable spaces that its gives permission for others to do the same. Most men are silently dealing with feeling lost, feeling separated, and/or feeling disconnected and depressed.
-
Real growth in men’s work requires honesty. To those favored few who chose to interact and who commented, messaged, or even just watched quietly, thank you.
-
Tomorrow, I’m going deeper into feeling off of your true self. Some might say it feeling inauthentic.

Over the course of my life, I have regularly struggled with living in a way that feels authentic. I have spent too much of my life living in a way others think is best.
-
On the outside, I have all the things that could be marked as impressive. I’m a Combat Military Veteran; I have a Masters Degree in Divinity; I’m a Priest and Ordained Minister; and, I run my own business in Holistic Wellness. In shared circles, everyone would talk about how awesome I was or how positive my energy was. They’d herald my charisma, eloquence, and passionate drive for service as being nothing they had ever seen before.
-
However, behind the scenes? I felt no passion for what I was doing. I was just going through the motions of life. I would work because I was afraid of not having money. I forced myself to constantly push and ignore the signals from my emotions and from highest self.
-
I was stuck in a cycle of debt, worry, anxiety, lacking purpose, fear, and just generally having no true, lasting joy for my life. The worst part? I thought the problem was that there was something fundamentally wrong with me as man.
-
Very, very recently, I realized that the problem wasn’t that I was unworthy. It was that I was trying to do too much, too quick, and basing my success and what mattered to me on the opinions of others. That shift changed everything.
-
Now, I help people who are stuck in the same cycle I was. Not just to get an abundance of love, s*x, and finance in my life, but to feel truly aligned with my passion and purpose.
-
When we fix the root problem? We don’t just change the outcome! We change our entire relationship with it.
-

My name is Ben. I have a background in Ministry & Ta***ic Buddhism, Holistic Wellness, and run my own business.

I’m a Men’s Coach and I help men who don’t feel satisfaction in their life achieve a deeper connection to their purpose and power.

Truth is..? This has been something that’s been in the works for over 20 years. Through my own experiences with being lost and absolutely fu***ng miserable, I realized how powerful it can be to have the right coach in your corner. These days, many men are struggling to find fulfillment. Some might raw dog it, sure. However most are doing it alone or without a clear path forward.

What I’ve learned is this: we as men are not designed to do this alone. A once camaraderie of brothers, a sacred circle of masculine support, existed before our hyper-individualized world became so normalized. When people start focusing on living their own life authentically, things can change faster than they expect. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping men move toward find purpose, passion, and fulfillment.

Solitude. I can say that for the longest time I truly thought that “being alone” was a bad thing. I placed so much meaning on “having people around me” that I forgot the importance of just allowing myself to be bored.
-
Boredom is actually a healthy place for our minds to go. Think about how often you think. All the stimulation of the day. All the implied requirements or duties you have undertaken. The brain needs time to just decompress and allow thoughts to flow. That’s why solitude is such a strength for us men. Ever wonder why some men of yesteryear loved the morning? It was their only time to be bored.

Calling myself a “Men’s Coach.” The audacity; the forwardness! We know, and our sovereign Benjamin understands it more than most! It’s about being a better human. Our whole backbone in this kingdom is the idea of wellness and growth. Even Michael Jordan had a coach.

It’s really come into our sphere of awareness that there are those that speak it and there are those who embody it. Nobody likes to talk about - and next to nobody wants to relive it. Our own Sovereign has dealt with more trauma than most we have met; yet, it’s not about the circumstances that birthed us. It’s about the choices we make with them. To be “Lotus-Born” means to be buried deep into the thick, cold mud deeper under the surface, with the gunk, the garbage, and the waste, so as to develop deep roots that reach for the surface.

Our choice here in this place is to let the hardest burdens become the greatest blessings. “Many are called; the chosen are few.” Today, we are celebrating turning Trauma into Truth through transmutation. It isn’t easy, though we can help you with that!
